  2. Add Boarding School as a permitted use in the Community Commercial Zone C2 (Bylaw 151, Amendment No. 148)
  3. Prorate payment of Pacific Landing amenity contributions over the course of the development on a per unit basis (Bylaw 151, Amendment No. 147)
