The Lagoon Bridge will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians on Monday October 21st and Wednesday October 23rd between 7am and 1pm.
Along with regular annual bridge maintenance and inspection, every five years the structure of the bridge is inspected by an engineer.
These works were recommended in the latest 5-year review of the bridge and include pile and stringer replacements that will require the temporary closure of the bridge.
