Metchosin Community Day - West Shore Parks & Rec's youth drop-in schedule includes extended hours in the youth room, Game of the Week drop-ins, and lots of drop-in programming! Stay up to date with events and last minute changes on facebook and instagram.
- September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Here are ways to learn and engage in reconciliation.
South Island Powwow — Songhees Nation
Greater Victoria events mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation - Capital Daily - There are 2 Y-MIND programs being offered this fall – Y MIND Teen & Y MIND Youth. These are a free, 7-week program for teens and young adults to manage stress and anxiety. Registration required.
- West Shore Parks & Rec is offering Weightroom Orientation sessions. Ages 13-15 require this course to workout independently. Fees apply.
- Colwood has over 50 parks and trails to explore.
- The CRD hosts free events and programs. See their website to download the fall nature brochure and their events calendar.
- Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Site is free for youth 17 and under!
