Inter-Community Business Licence Bylaw

The purpose of Inter-Community licencing is to provide a mobile business licencee option for all Vancouver Island Communities. To date, eleven Vancouver Island Communities from Victoria to Parksville have adopted the Inter-Community Licencing Scheme.
