A Seuss-tastic Celebration: West Shore Literacy Project

  • -
  • Location
    211-2840 Peatt Road, Victoria, BC

    A FREE Seuss-tastic literacy event!

Come and hear prominent community members share their love of reading with their favourite Dr. Seuss stories.

Take home a free Dr. Seuss book and enjoy snacks, refreshments, and door prizes.

Why is literacy important? Literacy is the foundation upon which we learn and grow, opening doors to understanding, empathy, and critical thinking. A literate community tends to be healthier, more productive, and more socially engaged, able to advocate for themselves and their communities, participate in society, and rise above discrimination.

Hosted by the Sooke-West Shore Literacy Project. No registration required.
